Neha serves as the operations director at Children's Lighthouse overseeing the day-day management and operational efficiency of the preschool. With 15 years of experience in a childcare setting, she holds her bachelor’s in law/legal science. She is skilled in creating environments that promote both learning and safety. She excels at coordinating staff, managing budgets, and ensuring that all regulatory standards are met. Neha's leadership helps maintain a well-organized and thriving school community, where children, families and staff can flourish.
Outside of work Neha loves to spend time with her family, read and travel. She is a mom of two and is often running them around to practices!
Curriculum Coach
With over 10 years of experience in preschool education, Aarzo has her CDA and two years of literacy. She is dedicated to fostering high-quality educational experiences for young learners. She collaborates closely with teachers to design, Implement and enhance developmentally appropriate programs that nurture each child's growth and curiosity. She empowers educators through collaborative planning, professional development, and Individualized support. She Is enthusiastic about creating Inclusive learning environments that celebrate diversity and encourage lifelong learning for both children and teachers.
She was born In Kabul Afghanistan. Her husband and her have a beautiful daughter and a wonderful son. She loves spending time with family, shopping, cooking, and traveling on her free time.
Enrollment and Marketing Specialist
Faith brings over 8 years of dedicated experience in a preschool setting and has worked as a teacher in all age groups over those years. She holds her Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education from George Mason University. She combines a deep understanding of child development with a passion for early education. Faith Is committed to fostering strong partnerships with families and teachers, ensuring that every child receives the Individual attention and care they need to flourish.
Outside of work you can find Faith reading books, traveling or spending time with her family, friends and dog Riley!
